• Call ahead if you can. Tell us what's going on — the symptom, the machine, and the model. A quick description lets us pull up common fixes and confirm same-day is realistic before you load the trailer.
• Drop off by 10 AM. Machines that arrive in the morning get worked into that day's schedule. Anything after that moves to the next business day.
• We diagnose and call you. Once we know what's wrong, we give you a firm estimate before any work starts. If it's a same-day job, you get the go-ahead and a pickup time.
• Pick up by close. Monday through Friday we're open until 6 PM, and Saturday until 2 PM. Most same-day jobs are done well before that.
